Frequently asked questions:
I've run out of toner.
Most of our customers are on “automatic top-ups” as part of their contracts. This means that the machine orders toner on your behalf when it knows it’s getting low. If you are an existing Viatek customer but you don’t have a maintenance contract with us, then you’ll need to contact your local branch to order more.
My Fuji Xerox or FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia machine has just jammed.
Generally the machine will have step-by-step instructions for releasing jammed paper. However, if you’re still stuck, please contact your local branch for service and support. For something like this, they can probably just talk you through it over the phone.
When a jam occurs, the meter count is not recorded if it is pre-fuser, however if the jam occurs after it has passed through the fuser module, the charge will be calculated into the meter count regardless of whether it is a copy, print or fax. How the charge will be accumulated will depend on the selected output option of the job (i.e. colour or black & white). If you need further clarification, please contact your local branch.

You’ll need help from one of our Service Technicians for the following:
Moving your Fuji Xerox or FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia device as it can get a little tricky.

Can I use third party supplies with my Fuji Xerox or FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia machine?
Alternatives to genuine consumables, parts and supplies are available to customers in many locations around the world. Customers have the right to make their choice; however Viatek is not responsible for performance problems or product failures found in its printers that are caused by non- genuine consumables, parts and supplies use.
The cost to repair damage or performance problems that arise as a direct result of using non-genuine consumables, parts and supplies in Viatek’s machines is not covered by the standard warranty, service agreement, parts warranty or consumables warranty.
The use of non-genuine consumables, parts and supplies may void the product warranty or service agreement and the customer is ultimately responsible for reimbursing Viatek for all costs associated with repairing the damage or performance determined to be caused by the use of non-genuine consumables, parts and supplies. If you need further clarification, please contact your local branch.
